At present, the company has 120 employees and 30 professional engineers and technicians, accounting for 80000 square meters of ground and 55000 square meters of construction area. The enterprise has a supply department, a sales department, a quality inspection department, a production technology department, a mechanical and electrical department, a finance department and an office that are responsible for the division of labor. From raw materials entering the factory to finished products, the products have to go through five processes: raw materials workshop, powder breaking workshop, forming workshop, calcining workshop and checking and selecting packaging workshop, so that the products can be inspected from batching, pressing and calcining.
The main production equipment of the enterprise are: 4 sets of 630-ton presses; 3 sets of 500-ton presses; 3 sets of 315-ton presses; 6 wet mills; 2 Raymung machines; One 120-meter tunnel kiln, one 80-meter tunnel kiln, and one modern production line for producing unshaped refractory materials, with an annual output of 65000 tons.
The main quality testing equipment includes: pressure testing machine, refractoriness test furnace, high temperature re-burning test furnace, high temperature load soft test furnace, optical reading analytical balance, pressure testing machine and other 103 pieces, and measuring instruments 118 pieces.
